The basics
What is WP Visibility?
A complete SEO plugin for WordPress that your own AI assistant can operate. It handles the classic SEO surface: titles, meta, schema, sitemaps, redirects, and social cards.
It also exposes every one of those controls to an AI assistant through a built-in connection, so the routine work can be delegated while you approve every change.
What does it cost?
$99 a year for unlimited sites, client sites included. That price covers every feature.
The license gates plugin updates and support, never functionality, so nothing stops working if it lapses.
Is there a free version?
The plugin is premium only. The free part is the scan: run it on any site to see where you stand, and a free account unlocks your full report.
Do I have to connect an AI assistant to use it?
No. WP Visibility is a full SEO plugin on its own, managed from the WordPress admin like any other. The AI connection is optional and off until you turn it on.
The AI part
Which AI assistants work with it?
Any assistant that speaks MCP, including Claude and ChatGPT. The connection is built into the plugin, so there is nothing extra to install and no vendor AI to adopt.
You keep using the assistant you already pay for.
Is my content sent to your AI?
No. WP Visibility has no hosted AI. When you connect an assistant, it uses your provider and your key, not ours.
With its default settings the plugin makes two outbound calls, both to wpvisibility.com and both about your license. The full, machine-readable list of everything it sends is published by the plugin itself at its Privacy Manifest endpoint.
Can the AI change my site without me?
No, not by default. Every change an assistant proposes lands in the Review queue, where you see a before and after and the assistant's reason, and nothing is written until you approve it.
You can also pause the agent instantly with a kill switch, cap how much it can change per hour, and read a tamper-evident log of everything it did. If you want direct writes, you can choose that deliberately, and the setting warns you when you do.
Does the assistant approve its own changes?
No. The ability to approve a proposal ships disabled and stays that way until a person deliberately turns it on. An assistant can propose any change and approve none of them.
Switching and setup
Can I migrate from Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress, The SEO Framework, or All in One SEO?
Yes. The Import screen maps your titles, descriptions, robots settings, and social tags, and it runs a dry-run preview first so you see every change before anything is written. It never deletes the old plugin's data, so rolling back is just reactivating it.
Redirects come across separately: turn on the Redirects module, and its page imports the CSV your old plugin exports.
Does it slow down my site?
No. On a normal page view with the default modules, WP Visibility adds no extra database queries for its SEO output, loads no files for your visitors, and makes no external requests. Modules you do not use are not even loaded.
Does it work with WooCommerce and multisite?
Yes to both. WooCommerce product schema and store-aware indexing switch on when WooCommerce is present, and the plugin is multisite-safe.
Honest answers
Does llms.txt actually do anything?
Honestly, almost nothing today. We ship it, labeled experimental, because some people want the file, but measured consumption by AI crawlers is close to zero and Google has rejected the format. You get the checkbox and the evidence, not a promise.
That is the general rule here: we tell you what does not work instead of selling it.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase. If it is not right for you, email us and we refund you in full.
How do I get help?
Email support. A human answers, usually within one business day.
