The plugin and your license

WP Visibility is a WordPress plugin licensed under the GPL. A paid license does not restrict what the software can do. It entitles you to plugin updates and support for one year, on unlimited sites, client sites included. When a license lapses, the plugin keeps working exactly as it did; only updates and support pause until you renew. The software never degrades and never locks features behind an active license.

The price is $99 a year. Renewal is annual at the same terms. You may cancel renewal at any time, and your license continues to receive updates through the end of the period you paid for.

The free account and scan

A free account and the free scan are provided at no cost, subject to fair-use limits shown in the product, such as the number of sites and scans per month. The scan analyzes the public pages of a site you are entitled to scan. Do not use the scan against sites you do not own or have permission to test, and do not attempt to overload, probe, or circumvent the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse these limits or use the service to attack others.

The scan and its report are provided for information. Search and AI visibility depend on many factors outside any plugin's control, so we describe what the report can and cannot tell you, and we do not promise a particular ranking, traffic, or citation outcome.

Refunds

Paid licenses carry a 30-day refund window. If WP Visibility is not right for you, email support@wpvisibility.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. A refunded license ends when the refund is issued.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell or redistribute the plugin in violation of its license terms, not to misuse the scan or the assistant surface to attack or overload any site, and not to use the service for anything unlawful. The plugin exposes an optional agent interface that can operate your site; you are responsible for the actions of any AI assistant you connect to it, and for reviewing changes it proposes.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we provide it as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. The scan depends on third-party services, including Google PageSpeed and AI providers, whose availability we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost traffic, rankings, or revenue.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will update this page and its date before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to its courts.
